Vacation Bible School (VBS) is one of Word of Grace Bible Church’s largest outreach ministries to our community. Each year, more than 180 volunteers come together to host a weeklong day camp attended by over 400 children ages 5–11 from Battle Ground and the surrounding areas.

But VBS is about much more than fun activities, games, and entertainment. Through Bible lessons, songs, games, and personal interaction, we seek to introduce children to the living God, teach them from His Word, and clearly share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them. For some children, this week may be their only opportunity to hear about God.
Ministry to children also opens doors to reach their families. Often, children who first become acquainted with our church through VBS return with their parents. We see this ministry as a wonderful opportunity to bring the Gospel to hundreds of children and, through them, build relationships with families in our community, inviting them to become part of the life of our local church.
